About the role

We are looking for skilled and experienced TIG and MIG Welders to join a professional manufacturing/fabrication team. Candidates should have strong hands-on welding experience, the ability to interpret technical drawings, and a commitment to producing high-quality welds while following workplace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform TIG and MIG welding according to technical specifications and drawings.
* Weld and fabricate metal components, structures, pipes, and assemblies as required.
* Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
* Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, cleaning, aligning, and fitting components before welding.
* Set up welding machines and select appropriate welding parameters and consumables.
* Inspect completed welds for strength, accuracy, appearance, and quality.
* Identify and correct welding defects when necessary.
* Use grinders, measuring tools, clamps, and other fabrication equipment safely.
* Maintain welding equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
* Follow all company health, safety, and quality procedures.
* Work effectively with supervisors, fabricators, and other production team members.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates should have proven practical experience in TIG and/or MIG welding, good knowledge of welding techniques and safety procedures, and the ability to read and understand technical drawings. Experience welding stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, pipes, or fabricated structures will be an advantage.
