We are looking for skilled and experienced TIG and MIG Welders to join a professional manufacturing/fabrication team. Candidates should have strong hands-on welding experience, the ability to interpret technical drawings, and a commitment to producing high-quality welds while following workplace safety standards. Key Responsibilities * Perform TIG and MIG welding according to technical specifications and drawings. * Weld and fabricate metal components, structures, pipes, and assemblies as required. * Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols. * Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, cleaning, aligning, and fitting components before welding. * Set up welding machines and select appropriate welding parameters and consumables. * Inspect completed welds for strength, accuracy, appearance, and quality. * Identify and correct welding defects when necessary. * Use grinders, measuring tools, clamps, and other fabrication equipment safely. * Maintain welding equipment and keep the work area clean and organized. * Follow all company health, safety, and quality procedures. * Work effectively with supervisors, fabricators, and other production team members. Candidate Requirements Candidates should have proven practical experience in TIG and/or MIG welding, good knowledge of welding techniques and safety procedures, and the ability to read and understand technical drawings. Experience welding stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, pipes, or fabricated structures will be an advantage.

CNC Bending Machine Operator

We are seeking an experienced CNC Bending Machine Operator with strong knowledge of CNC press brake and sheet-metal bending operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC bending machines to manufacture components accurately according to engineering drawings and production specifications. Key Responsibilities * Set up and operate CNC bending / press brake machines for sheet-metal fabrication. * Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and bending specifications. * Select and install the correct punches, dies, and tooling according to job requirements. * Enter and adjust CNC machine parameters, including bend angle, bend sequence, material thickness, and dimensions. * Perform accurate bending and forming of components according to specified tolerances. * Conduct first-piece inspection before starting batch production. * Measure finished components using vernier calipers, micrometers, angle gauges, and other precision measuring instruments. * Make necessary machine and program adjustments to maintain product quality. * Identify and correct bending defects, dimensional errors, and machine-related issues. * Perform routine machine inspections and basic preventive maintenance. * Maintain production records and report machine faults or quality issues to the supervisor. * Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
